Individual Awards:

In order to be considered nominations must be submitted by Friday, March 15, 2013 by 4pm.

  • Angel Award
  • Dr. Frank Julian Outstanding Residential College Leader Award
  • Dr. Ken Bowman Outstanding Freshman Leader Award
  • Programmer of the Year
  • RCC Advisor of the Year
  • RCC Member of the Year
  • Residence Life Staff Member of the Year
  • Resident Advisor of the Year

Programming Awards:

In order to be considered nominations must be submitted by Friday, April 5, 2013 by 4pm.

Special Focus of the Year 

Resident Advisor Program of the Year Awards - Each RD may submit up to 64 RA program nominations from their staff members; 8 programs for each of the following areas of development.

  1. Community Service
  2. Diversity
  3. Community Builder
  4. Educational - which includes How To, Career Development, or Finance Management topics
  5. Environmental Awareness
  6. Current Events
  7. Personal Safety & Wellness
  8. All Staff (RA Sponsored Only)

RCC Program of the Year Awards (RCC Sponsored Only) - Each college may submit up to 24 RCC program nominations; 4 programs for each of the following areas of development.

  1. Social
  2. Human Awareness/Diversity
  3. Educational
  4. Community Service
  5. Occupational/Life Planning
  6. Physical/Recreational


Collaborative Program of the Year - Each college may submit up to 4 program nominations.  NRHH will recognize one Collaborative Program of the Year.

 

Residential College Council of the Year:

  • Written Bid - Due Friday, Friday, March 29, 2013 by 4pm (4-hard copies delivered to 206 Stewart Stadium)
  • Video Presentation - Due Friday, April 5, 2013 by 4pm (2-DVD copies delivered to 206 Stewart Stadium)
