Residential College Contract - All residents living on campus will sign their residential college contract at the residence hall they have been assigned to as part of the check in process. Please click on the link provided to review the contract prior to arriving to campus.

Incoming Student Fall 2013 Housing Cancellation Form - for students who do not currently live on-campus, but who have submitted a housing application for the fall 2013 semester.

2013 Summer School Housing Application - Students must be enrolled in summer classes in order to live in our summer school facility.
Summer Interim Housing Form (May 11-May 27)
The residential colleges will be closing for the summer on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 9am. The Summer Interim Housing period begins on Saturday, May 11 and concludes on Monday, May 27. Residents who are enrolled in classes during the first 2-week summer school session that begins on Monday, May 13 do not need to complete this Summer Interim Housing Form; however, if housing is needed during this time a Summer School Housing Application is required. The first 5-week summer school session begins on Tuesday, May 28. Students MUST be enrolled in summer classes to remain on-campus beyond Monday, May 27.
Request a Change to Your On-Campus Housing Assignment
We are no longer accepting room change request forms for the spring 2013 semester. Residents who will be returning to live on campus for the fall 2013 semester MUST complete an on-line Room Reservation Form by Monday, April 1.
Students wishing to request a change within their current residence hall are encouraged to submit their request in person. Representatives from the Housing Office will be available during the week of April 2-April 5.
April 2 & April 5: 10am-2pm, Curris Center (2nd Floor)
April 3 & April 4: 5-8pm, Winslow Dining Hall
Between April 10 @ 10am - April 15 @ 12pm: Submit an on-line college-to-college move request with a new or current roommate
College-to-College Move Request - Please note that submitting your college-to-college move request DOES NOT guarantee you a space in a different residence hall. In the event that we are unable to grant your room change request, please reserve your present room to ensure that you have a space reserved for the fall semester.
Request for Housing Reasonable Accommodation Form
Form includes instructions for proper completion and submission. Please note that supporting medical documentation may be required.
Housing Exemption Forms
On-Campus Housing Exemption Application
Required for freshmen or sophomores wishing to commute daily from their parents' home (within a 50 mile radius of the University). The On-Campus Housing Exemption Application must be submitted ALONG with the Housing Exemption Agreement of Understanding Form and the Notary Form. All appropriate forms must be submitted to the MSU Housing Office through fax, mail, or in person.

Notary Form - Must be signed by the parent in the presence of a notary. Notaries are available in the MSU Housing Office.

Faculty and Staff Housing Discount Letter
Murray State University faculty and staff are eligible to receive a $100 discount (offer available each semester - excluding summer terms) on their son/daughter's residential college room rent.
