Registration Requirements and Guidelines: Please refer to the Registration Process Guidelines to view the additional registration requirements that are needed to fully complete your student organization registration. Submitting this form may not complete your registration process. Please print and fill out the additional registration forms in order to ensure that your registration is complete. Additional paperwork is available for print on the Student Organization website under "Resources & Forms". Registration Authorization: By submitting this form, you certify that the information is accurate and you acknowledge the responsibility to keep this record correct by informing the Student Organizations Office of any changes in the information and/or in our constitution and by-laws. I also give permission for this information to be distributed by the Student Organizations Office on their website directory and office publications. All Registration materials must be submitted by the 3rd Friday in September. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Virtual EMS: This is the registration software that allows each registered student organization the ability to make room reservations for the Curris Center. Each registered organization will be allowed two people access to the online registration site. Be sure to enter the required information in the section provided to ensure that your organization has access to Virtual EMS.
