Outstanding Chapter President

Awards Criteria:

Please answer the following questions. The answers must be typed on a separate sheet of paper attached to this page. (Each chapter can nominate two presidents: one from a fraternity and one from a sorority.) The information provided should be from the last 2 semesters.

1. Describe the nominee’s most significant contribution to the chapter during his/her term as chapter president.

2. What specific qualities does the chapter president possess that makes him/her an outstanding chapter president?

3. List all university activities, organizations, and community service the nominee was involved with during his/her term as chapter president. Additionally, please list any offices held in these organizations.
