Qualifying and applying for SSLD Services
- You must be admitted to Murray State in order to use the services of the SSLD Office. If you have questions about admission to Murray State, please contact the Enrollement Office at 1-800-272-4MSU.
- Print out, complete and send in the SSLD Information Packet to the address listed at the bottom of the page
- Provide the SSLD Office with a current (no more than three years old) psychoeducational evaluation that provides justification for accommodations.
- Provide the SSLD Office with a one page statement, written without help, explaining why you want to attend college. This is included in the information packet.
- Provide the SSLD Office with a recent photograph. (This is optional, but it helps us to remember you!)
- Contact Cindy Clemson, SSLD Coordinator, prior to registration to arrange an individual meeting.
