Certificate of Understanding (COU):
This form lists DVA and MSU guidelines regarding your VA Educational
Benefits. This form must be submitted with your application for VA
Educational Benefits.
Certification Request Form (CRF):
This form is required EVERY term of enrollment, including the FIRST
term of enrollment. This form indicates to the MSU’s VA Office which
classes you plan to pursue/are pursuing for a specific term of
enrollment. This form indicates your desire for certification for that
specific term.
Post 9/11 GI Bill Statement of Understanding (SOU):
This form lists DVA and MSU guidelines regarding your Post 9-11 VA
Educational Benefits (CH 33). This form must be submitted with your
FIRST term of enrollment using CH 33 benefits.
