Center for Recruitment and Retention

Be your best sign

The College of Education and Human Services' Center for Recruitment and Retention was initially created to address the needs of the college to recruit and retain teacher candidates. The center's staff works through coordinated efforts with the college's faculty, as well as with secondary and postsecondary contacts, to identify, motivate, and prepare pre-college and college-level students to pursue careers in education and human services fields. The center recognizes the importance of developing and maintaining a strong workforce for the future and is also involved with recruiting candidates into the college's various master's, specialist, and doctoral degree programs.
