Welcome to the Center for Communication Disorders. Our faculty and staff at the Center for Communication Disorders are a group of clinical scholars who work to increase understanding of basic human communication processes and disorders. Our Center is home to the Murray State University Speech and Hearing Clinic, the Graduate Program in Speech-Language Pathology and the undergraduate program in Communication Disorders. Undergraduate course work provides students with the foundation they need for graduate study in audiology or speech-language pathology. Our graduate program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA). The program has maintained continuous accreditation since 1982. In addition to a rigorous academic curriculum our program is proud of the Murray State University Speech-and Hearing Clinic which provides speech, language and hearing services to the community while creating a clinical learning environment for our students.
Thank you for your interest in our programs. We invite you to check out our blog to discover the many learning, service and research activities our faculty, staff and students are engaged in: CDI BLOG
