Make a Reservation

Murray State University Marketplace is used to ensure accurate reservations and aid in the facilitation of fee collection.

Requesting a reservation is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

Step 1 - Check the calendars at the bottom of this page for space/time availability.

Step 2 - Determine your classification based on our Fee Schedule.  This will determine any related costs associated with your reservation.

Step 3 - Use the following form to request a reservation.

Following submission of the form, you will soon receive an email response stating whether or not your requested space is, indeed, available.  Should your reservation require payment, a link will be provided via email to our online Marketplace for payment processing.  Lastly, you will receive an email confirming your payment.

Fee Waivers

Registered Murray State student organizations wishing to request a fee waiver for the Carr Health activity space may complete this form.

Reserve a Classroom

To reserve a classroom, contact Pam Miller at pmiller@murraystate.edu.  Please be sure to include all pertinent details in your message.  Once the reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation email.
