B.S. Application for Admission
Application for Admission to the Undergraduate Occupational Safety and Health Program
Beginning with the fall 2014 academic year, the Occupational Safety and Health department has grouped OSH undergraduate courses into two categories: unrestricted and restricted. Restricted courses are limited to students who have applied for and gained acceptance for admission to the OSH program starting with the 2014-2015 academic program; whereas unrestricted courses do not require a departmental application. Students may enroll in OSH classes specified as "unrestricted" prior to applying for admission to OSH. Unrestricted OSH classes are: OSH 100T, 101, 192, 310, 311, 320 and 384. Students seeking to enroll in restricted OSH courses must complete and submit a copy of the Application Form for Admission to the Undergraduate Occupational Safety and Health Program in the semester prior to planned enrollment in the restricted courses. The application will need to be completed and printed in one session. If you close the application before completing it, no information will be saved and the application will have to be started over again. Restricted OSH courses are: OSH 299, 330, 353, 371, 387, 420, 425, 445, 450, 452, 453, 488, 499, 511, 523, 527, 536, 546, 550, 571, 578, and 591.
