The Oakley Dining Room
The Meal Management laboratory class (NTN 422) operates the Oakley Dining Room.
This class is a requirement for students majoring in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Management and an elective for students with a major in Family and Consumer Science Education.
Each week a different students serves as the Oakley manager responsible for planning and production of the meal. The manager is also responsible for advertising the menu by designing and publishing a web page. Other students in the class are responsible for preparing and serving the meal as instructed by the manager.
Service starts March 28th and continues every Wednesday until May 2nd. Click here for the menus
