ESRI / CPE Site License Introduction

The Council of Postsecondary Education (CPE) supports and manages the Esri/CPE Higher Education Statewide License Agreement (HESLA).

Fourteen educational institutions within the Commonwealth of Kentucky contribute to the HESLA, including Murray State University and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS).

In 2012, the Kentucky Geographic Alliance initiated a contract with Esri to provide software access throughout the K-12 public school system.

The HESLA provides access to most of the popular Esri software products. Additionally, participating schools have access to numerous Esri Virtual Campus courses. For detailed information regarding available products, please refer to the navigation menu on the left.
