Eligibility Requirements

Requirements for Admission to Nursing To be eligible to apply to the nursing program the student must have:
1. Completed pre-requisite courses in italics listed below with a
"C" or better.
2. Be admitted to Murray State University with a major in Nursing.
3. Have a minimum GPA of 2.5 and 30 credit hours.
4. Required immunizations.
5. Completion of the Test of Essential Academic Skills (TEAS).
6. Admission is limited and selection is based upon GPA and TEAS score.
7. All transfer credit must have been received and processed by MSU.
