College to College Move Requests for the fall 2013 semester will be accepted from Wednesday, April 10@ 10am - Monday, April 15 @ 12pm. Requests will be reviewed based on the date and time that they are received. Please note that submitting your college to college move request DOES NOT guarantee you a space in a different residence hall. In the event that we are unable to grant your room change request, reserving your present room is highly encouraged to ensure that you have a space reserved for the fall semester. Before your college to college move request can be considered, you must submit an on-line room reservation form - visit murraystate.edu/roomreservation to access our room reservation form. College to college move requests will be considered based on the date and time that the request is received. You will be notified via email letting you know whether your request has been granted or denied prior to the spring semester ending on May 11. Specific roommate and suitemate requests MUST be mutual, which means all residents involved must individually submit an on-line request form. However, if you are requesting an incoming student please encourage your prospective roommate to request you on their housing application or send their request to msu.housingassignments@murraystate.edu. Please note: if the new student has not applied for housing and been admitted to the universtiy by June 1, you will be assigned a roommate at the discretion of the Housing Office.
