Group fitness classes are here to help you reach your fitness goals!

Why not start now? 

If you would like to participate in a group fitness class, remember the following:

  • Be sure to call ahead of time to reserve a spot in the class! 
    No reservations will be taken BEFORE 7:30am
    . 809-6000
  • If you can not make it to a class,
    CALL AND CANCEL to give another person a chance to take the class. 

  • Notify the instructor if you are new to a class.
  • Notify the instructor and/or facility supervisor immediately of equipment malfunctions
  • Exercise at your own risk.
  • Group Fitness schedule is subject to change with little notice.
  • Classes must meet minimum participant numbers to remain on the schedule.
