- The Campus Recreation Office goes to great lengths to provide scheduling that works for every team. Teams are encouraged to write scheduling conflicts, such as work and classes on the roster. Consideration is given in as many cases as possible. However, due to limited facilities, it is impossible to accommodate every request.
- If a coach or captain realized that they will not have enough to play, they may opt to “default.” By defaulting, the team will only be charged with a loss and the opposing team a win. No fees will be incurred and the post-season play will not be affected. Defaults must be called into the office by the coach or captain by 3pm game day. Each team will be allowed two defaults per season; any after that will be considered a forfeit.
- In the event of inclement weather (as determined by Campus Recreation), the Campus Recreation Office will notify the appropriate individuals of cancellations and make-up games. In most cases, cancellations will not be announced before 3 PM.
