Human Resource Management, Supervisor and Subordinate Relations, Diversity in the Workplace and its Implications for Managers, and Supervision.

Dr. Miles earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, her masters and doctorate degrees from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and was certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources from the Human Resource Certification Institute. She is currently a Professor at Murray State University, teaching, researching and consulting in the areas of employee branding, human resource management, and supervisory and subordinate relations. She has also held several leadership positions in the Midwest Academy of Management and Society for Human Resource Management.
