The Grants and Contracts is responsible for:
- handling post award financial functions
- reviewing all University grant proposals
- allocating indirect costs
- approving all transactions to be posted against Grants and Contracts
- gathering time and effort certificates
- preparation of all federal A-133 audit schedules
