Asbestos Awareness Training
Asbestos Awareness Training is required by OSHA for all employees performing building service and maintenance activities around asbestos containing materials. This requirement includes most departments of Facilities Management; Paint Shop, Carpenters, Central Plant, HVAC, Electricians, Plumbers, and Building Services. The training session will inform employees of the basics of asbestos, how to reduce their exposure and how to work safely in areas that may contain asbestos on campus.
