Effective strategic learning skills (i.e. study skills) that are practiced regularly are necessary for your success in college. Study skills in high school may not be as effective in college so it's important to change your outlook on study skills. Strategic learning includes study skills like effective textbook reading and note-taking. It also involves the right attitude, focus, and management of time, resources, and self.
