Meet The Supervisors

Darrell – Program Coordinator

Darrell is a senior at
Murray State University , majoring in Secondary Math Education with a Business Administration Minor. He is currently working his 3 rd year at Racerthon, and is the Program Coordinator. As the Program Coordinator, Darrell is the organizer in the activities, programs, and development of the calling program. Additionally, he has accountability of managing the calling shift, and the obligations of the additional coordinators. When he is not maintaining his work commitment he enjoys camping, listening to music, tutoring, volunteering, and hanging out with his friends. From this job position, he strives to attain knowledge and experiences in management to one day become a Math Teacher and Summer Camp Manager.

Keshia – Assistant Prgram Coordinator

 

Keshia is a Junior Accounting Major at Murray State University . She has worked as a student caller and training coordinator at Racer-thon for approximately 2 years. As a caller, she helped raise over $35,000 for the University and its various funds. As training coordinator, Keshia is responsible for training the callers. She prepares the callers to contact alumni and friends.  She hopes to one day work for an accounting firm as an auditor. She is involved in several on campus activities including, Student Ambassadors, G.R.O.W., and Hart College RCC.

 

Asthon – Motivation Coordinator

 

Ashton is a Senior Graphic Communications Management major with an emphasis in Design at Murray State University .  She has worked as a student caller and Motivation Coordinator at Racer-thon for approximately 2 years.  As Motivation Coordinator, Ashton is in charge of inspiring the callers to do their best while engaging in conversation with the parents and alumni of Murray State , and creates incentives for the callers to be more efficient by increasing their number of pledges.  She is also responsible for decorating the calling environment and making the atmosphere more enjoyable.  She has two dogs, Romeo and Ollie.  Ashton takes pleasure in design, painting, napping, and music in her free time.
