An excellent site for foreign students seeking financial assistance in the form of loans. These loans require a co-signer, an American citizen or permanent resident who is willing to sign the loan agreement. A co-signer indicates that he/she will repay the loan if you do not or can not. This is a big responsibility and it may be difficult to find such a person.
