Grace Period on the Health Care Card
Beginning 1-1-2010, grace period expenditures are now available on the Health Care Flexible Spending Debit Card. This means that 2009 FSA participants that
re-enroll for 2010 can use any remaining funds in 2009 for services incurred during the grace period (1-1 thru 3-15-2010). WageWorks will add the remaining 2009 funds into the 2010 debit card balance in order to maximize the usage of the account balance from the previous year.
New Online Claims Option
Beginning 1-1-2010, WageWorks is offering participants the convenience and option to complete the Pay Me Back (PMB) claim form online when logging on to WageWorks. Once the form is complete, print & mail, or fax it to WageWorks with the receipts. Another option is to upload the corresponding receipts to the WageWorks system.
CUV Form Now Available on WageWorks.com
Beginning 1-1-2010, the Card Use Verification Forms (CUV) will be available on the WageWorks website for participants. This means that access to the form will be available at any time.
