The mission of the Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology (CTLT) is to catalyze excellence in teaching and learning across the university community and provide unique and multifaceted support mechanisms for university services related to technology, communication and computing.
We envision CTLT contributing to a Murray State community where a) faculty are well-informed about the best practices to promote innovation and excellence in teaching, b) faculty, staff and students use technology in effective ways to enhance teaching, learning and work-related activities, c) students are engaged in diverse pedagogical environments that promote content knowledge in chosen fields and skills related to critical thinking, problem solving and lifelong learning, and d) faculty, staff and students can get timely and accurate information about university systems used for course management, communication and collaboration.
