1. To log into the wireless system, have your computer scan for wireless access points. Your computer should find the MSUwireless network. 2. Once connected, you will need to open your internet browser and try to connect to any webpage. You will automatically be redirected to a login page. 3. Please enter your network username and password.
This is the same account used to sign into labs (Not your Webmail account.).

Murray State University owned Laptops.
For Murray State University owned laptops, access to network drives is available.
Minimum requirements: Windows 2000 or XP computer that logs onto MSUNET2K.
1. Turn your laptop on and log in as you normally would. Scan for the MSUwireless network.
2. Once your computer has connected to MSUwireless, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and then “Lock” your computer.
Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete again, enter your password to unlock your computer. Once logged back in, you
will have access to any previously mapped network drives.
3. Alternatively, you can connect your already booted computer to MSUwireless, then reboot your computer and
then log in normally. This will map your network drives as if you were plugged directly to a network jack.
