Overview

Assumption University is located in Bangkok, Thailand. Bangkok is one of southeast Asia's most culturally rich cities with a storied history that dates back thousands of years. The university maintains two campuses: the original campus, located at Hua Mak in the City, and the new campus a Bang Na, some thirty minutes to the south of the city campus on the way to the eastern seaboard. Your studies can take place at either campus or a combination of both.

Constructed as a "university in a park," the Bang Na campus comprises 200 acres of a beautifully landscaped assembly of mixed architecture surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and trees. Transportation to the downtown are is convenient and inexpensive. Shuttles run throughout the day between various points in Bangkok and the Bang Na campus.

Hua Mak campus is located in the city of Bangkok, making local landmarks, shopping and off-campus eateries close and easily accessed by Sky Train, taxi or tuk-tuk. For students who take courses at both campuses, a university shuttle service runs between the campuses and costs less that $1 per trip.

AU's campus offers a modern sports center, school chapel and many student clubs. The city of Bangkok features myriad cultural activities such as theatre, dance, museums, and a host of traditional Thai customs and sites.
