"Our
parents are essential to our success as Kentucky's Public Ivy
University. The resources they provide through The Parents'
Fund give us the flexibility to keep MSU at the forefront of
higher education."
-President Randy J. Dunn
What
is The Parents' Fund?
A parent's
main goal is to ensure the quality of their child's educational
experience. The Parents' Fund
helps raise contributions designated to support a particular
project that addresses a critical student need.
This year, The Parents' Fund will raise funds for technological
advancements throughout campus such as computer upgrades and
conversion to wireless capable buildings.
The
Parents' Fund NEEDS You!
Murray
State University encourages all parents or guardians to make
a contribution to The Parents' Fund
each year. Gifts may be made using the attached gift form and
during the annual phonathon when MSU
students call requesting support. Parents can also participate
in a letter writing campaign to encourage
other parents to contribute to The Parents' Fund.
Recognition for Your Gift
Your
gift to The Parents' Fund, whether by cash, real estate, appreciated
securities,
or gifts-in-kind, provides the additional benefit of recognition
through membership in the Murray State University President's
Club.
