Academic Council

   The University Academic Council is an agency created to assist the faculty and the administration in the discharge of their responsibilities for academic programs. All matters relating to academic programs shall be considered by the Academic Council, whether such matters are brought to that body by the president, other administrative officials, the Faculty Senate, or the Student Government Association. The University Academic Council may make recommendations to the president of the university on all programs, policies and other academic matters formulated, reviewed, or considered, unless otherwise directed by the president.
