Preliminary Program Schedule and Call for Papers

This is a call for papers for the 2003 Fall Mid-South Central ASPRS meeting to be held 16-17 October. The theme of the conference is, " Emerging Imaging and Remote Sensing Technologies". Paper sessions will be held on Thursday and Friday morning. Friday sessions are designated for student papers. Please submit up to a 200 word abstract (by e-mail to
gagiesing@gsqmap.com by October 1, 2003, if you would like to participate in the program.

Students interested in the paper competition need to contact Dr. Haluk Cetin, Mid America Remote Sensing Center, Murray State, P.O. Box 9, Murray, KY; (270) 762-2085; or by email at: Haluk.Cetin@MurrayState.edu  for details about the student competition.

Registration fee for the conference is $25 for students and $35.00 for non-students. The fee includes a dinner on the evening of the 16th. Click to download the Registration Form:

We encourage all Mid-South ASPRS members to join us for the 2003 Fall meeting to be held at the Intergraph Auditorium in Madison, Alabama. Besides the presentations there will be a small vendor fair and exhibits.

Vendors interested in assisting the ASPRS sponsor this event and exhibit should contact
