Institute Goals:

On completion of the workshop the institutional teams will have:

  • Continued work on course design and effective instructional strategies
  • Determined mechanisms for sustaining FIRST II in collaboration with your home institution



  • Alan Goren and Kathleen Jagger (Transylvania University, KY), Terry Davin and Todd Bowdish (Penn Valley Community College, MO), Brian Gill (Graves County High School, KY), George Kipphut (Murray State University, KY), and Rob Ziemba (Centre College, KY) share a rich diversity of concept maps, all of which address the same concept.
