MSU sponsors this tournament. We offer $1,000 to the winning school, $750.00 for second place, $500.00 each to third and fourth place schools. The Academic sponsor verifies selection of the student(s). Graduating seniors, members of the academic team, that attend MSU as a first-time freshman are eligible. This award does not carry over to any other year. If no seniors chose to attend MSU, the money is simply not used, it does not carry forward.
