We are looking for golf round sponsors.
$150 per hole-  You can send 3 participants for the day, and your company will be listed in all promotional materials and at the sponsored hole. To participate as a Golf Day sponsor, contact Dana Howard.



WHO: Any woman in the telecom industry who would like to learn how to play golf or who already enjoys golf and would like to network with other women in the field.

WHAT: The day's events will include golf instruction, educational speakers from the industry, contests, prizes, 9 holes of golf, and a lot of fun!

WHERE: MSU's Miller Memorial Golf Course

WHY: To fund the AT&T MSU Women in Telecom Scholarship

COST: FREE for MSU students, faculty and staff. All others are asked to donate $50 to the AT&T Women In Telecom Scholarship program.

SCHEDULE:

8:30 - Registration
9:00 - Basic Golf Instruction
11:00 - Lunch Provided by AT&T
11:30 - Guest Speakers and Ice Cream
1:15 - Golf Contests
1:30 - Round of 9 Holes of Golf

 

 

 

 

 

  • You do not have to participate in all activities
  • Golf Round will go on best shot
  • Golf Clubs will be provided for those who do not own any (please note on registration form whether you plan on bringing clubs or need some provided)
  • There will be internet access provided for participant use

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Mary Pat Regan- President of AT&T Kentucky

On February 23, 2009, AT&T appointed Mary Pat Regan as State President of Kentucky.  Regan brings more than 20 years of telecommunications experience to the job of overseeing the company’s regulatory, legislative and community affairs activities in the state. 

As President of AT&T Kentucky, Regan works closely with community leaders and state policymakers to help meet the company’s objective of bringing the best new technology to consumers.  Specifically, her role includes responsibility for legislative and regulatory reform issues in the state, and for the company’s civic and philanthropic endeavors.

Ms. Regan comes to Kentucky from Chicago, IL where she was the AT&T Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs with responsibility for leadership, direction and management of the Illinois Regulatory Team.  Over the course of her telecommunications career, she has worked in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility in business sales legislative and regulatory affairs.

Regan has been active in the community and industry, working with the Chicago Mercy Home Women’s Leadership Council and the Women of AT&T Mentoring Program.  She is also an avid athlete competing in many triathlons and Ironman races. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison.  Her office will be located in Louisville, Kentucky.
