Complete the Murray State Admission Application Form -  New Transfer Students

Mail the form along with a check for $30 to:
            Admissions Services
            Murray State University
            113 Sparks Hall
            Murray, KY    42071-3312
OR use the   Online Admission Application

Provide proof-of-residency information with Application.
Copy of driver’s license
Copy of car registration
Copy of Income Tax Form
Other Information maybe requested by the Admission’s Office

Request Official Transcripts be sent from all of the institutions attended.
Have the transcripts sent to:
Admissions Services
            Murray State University
            113 Sparks Hall
            Murray, KY    42071-3312

 If you have NOT received a letter confirming your Admission to Murray State    you need to do the following:
