The Department of Psychology provides students with the very best in undergraduate instruction both inside and outside of the formal classroom setting. The focus of the program is on acquiring an understanding of human behavior as well as developing writing, research, and analytical skills that students can use in a wide variety of careers. The department has an entire floor of scientific laboratories for psychological research. In addition, the department's Psychological Center provides clinical services to students and the community and serves as a training center for graduate students in the Clinical Psychology Master's Program.
