The Interior Design program provides students with the ability to identify,
research and solve problem needs of people in residential,
institutional and commercial environments in order to enhance quality
of life and protect public health, safety and welfare.
Our Interior
Design program will provide students with the fundamentals of:
- Schematic Design
- Design Analysis
- Space Planning
- Electric and Mechanical Plans
- Elements and Principles of Design
- Residential and Commercial Building Codes
- Environmental Systems
In addition, graduates will be able to work in a variety of architectural, construction, and engineering consulting firms as interior designers. They will also be able to conduct research and solve problems relative to the function and quality of interior design.
The Interior Design Program is also accredited by the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
