Points for grades in specific courses:
CHE 111 or an average of CHE 105/106 or an average of CHE 201/202; MAT
140 or a higher level math course; an average of BIO 227/228
A=10 points
B=6
C=2
All other courses (ENG 104 or 105 or an average of ENG 101/102; PSY 180; Com 161)
A=5 points
B=3
C=1
*Points will be deducted for a D or less in prerequisite courses: ENG
101/102; 104, or 105; CHE 105/106, 111, or 201/202; BIO 227/228, MAT
140 or higher; PSY 180. For each repeat, deduct 3 points
*Courses in which AP credit was achieved will receive a grade of “A”
*Maximum possible score is 105
