Outstanding Collaborative Community Service

Purpose:

To actively serve the community, advance the interests of the MSU Greek Life, and promote a positive collaborative community service experience with another organization.

Award Criteria:

1. Provide any supportive information relative to the event including:

A description of the events, a breakdown of total hands-on hours donated, hours per

member donated, funds raised, and percentages of members that participated.

Please submit any documentation such as newspaper clippings, thank you notes and

any other supporting materials to the Center for Student Involvement, 111 Curris Center.

2. The following questions should also be addressed:

Why did the chapter decide to collaborate?
What were the benefits of collaborating with another organization?
Explain why your chapter is deserving of the title of Outstanding Collaborative Community Service?
