Important Emergency Information

If you or a friend or an acquaintance are contemplating suicide or experiencing a serious emotional crisis, please contact us immediately at 1-270-809-6851, or the Psychological Center at 1-270-809-2504 during working hours. After hours, during vacations, or if you cannot reach the above offices, immediately contact the Murray State University Office of Public Safety or local public safety officers at 911.

Important Emergency Information

All vehicles on the Murray State University must have parking permits.  If you have a current permit, be sure to park in the appropriately designated lots.  If you are a visitor to campus, you must request a permit in advance of your visit. Visitor permits are FREE and  available by calling the Parking Office at (270) 809-4812 or via email at 
  • msu.publicsafety@murraystate.edu
  • Include the following information:   Vehicle Year, Make, Model, Color, License Plate #, County, and State in which the vehicle is registered.
