Transfer Students
Document Checklist for Graduate Students
- Transcripts for all years of university (if transcripts are not written in English, you must also submit certified translations)
- University Degree OR Graduation Certificate (if the graduation certificate is not written in English, you must also submit a certified translation)
- Proof of Financial Support
- Bank Statement (issued within the last 6 months) showing a balance of at least $26,944 and the Statement of Financial Support (if the bank statement is not in your name) OR
- Scholarship Letter OR
- For SACM Scholarship Students, Financial Approval Letter stating “For Admission Purposes”
- Proof of English Language Proficiency
- IELTS or TOEFL scores meeting minimum requirements and graduate program requirements OR
- Admission to or completion of the ESL Program at Murray State University OR
- Degree from a university located in a country where English is the native language* OR
- Completion of a university-level English Composition Course (equivalent ENG 101+ENG 102 or ENG 105) at a US university with a “B” grade or higher* OR
- Students from the following countries are not required to submit English proficiency scores: Australia, Bahamas, Belize, Botswana, British Islands, Canada, Ireland, Kenya, Malawi, New Zealand, Nigeria, South Africa, United Kingdom, Zambia, and Zimbabwe
- Copy of Passport for applicant and all dependents
- Letters of Reference
- Statement of Purpose
- Official GMAT or GRE Score for Certain Programs

*Eligibility will be determined by the International Admissions Office only after the applicant has submitted an official application along with all required documents.
