CRIMINAL JUSTICE MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the criminal justice program at Murray State University is
to provide students with an education in criminal justice that:
- meets the highest national standards
- prepares students to think critically about
crime and justice
- enables them to work efficiently in criminal
justice agencies
- prepares them to be successful in law school
and graduate programs
- enables them to be intelligent consumers of criminal
justice research
- prepares them for the ethical challenges criminal
