review the following instructions before submitting any application
fees to MSU. We cannot
accept any check or money order that requires payment of any clearing
fees or collection fees.

Be sure your bank has a banking relationship with a well-known US bank. The name of the US bank MUST be shown on the face of the document.

ABA routing code number and the account number MUST be on the document before we can accept it for payment of any fees. These may be magnetic numbers shown on the lower edge of check or money order, or a bank employee may type the numbers on the face of the document.
