Dr. Badasyan received her Ph.D. in 2004 from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, her M.B.A. in 1996 from American University of Armenia, and her B.S. in 1993 from Yerevan State University. Dr. Badasyan currently teaches principles of microeconomics and economics and public policy of telecommunications industry. Her research interests include game theory, economics of networks, economics of the Internet, and experimental economics. Dr. Badasyan was previously employed by Export Association of Machine Tool Enterprises in Armenia, United States Agency of International Development (USAID), and The Eurasia Foundation Small Business and Loan Program.
