The authors show that sexual harassment could be in the form of quid pro quo or hostile environment. Sexual harassment laws are also very confusing, in part because the law encompasses conducts involving same sex persons.

This paper shows and concludes that foreign-born Hispanics have not exhibited full-pledged "retail purchase assimilation" and that native-born Hispanics are displaying a very high degree of "retail purchase behavior."

An Examination of the Impact of Individual Team Member Characteristic on Team Performance and Member Satisfaction

This paper examines the relationship between various personality characteristics and individuals' propensity to work in a team-based environment. The paper concludes that individuals who are somewhat impulsive, intrinsically motivated and prone to use and integrative conflict resolution style are more likely than others to be satisfied in a team-based environment.
