	An Examination of the Impact of Individual Team Member Characteristic on Team Performance and Member Satisfaction
	Sandy J. Miles and Glynn Mangold This paper examines the relationship between various personality characteristics and individuals' propensity to work in a team-based environment. The paper concludes that individuals who are somewhat impulsive, intrinsically motivated and prone to use and integrative conflict resolution style are more likely than others to be satisfied in a team-based environment.
