Primary Areas
of Academic Interest: Organizational learning,
critical organization study, critical social theory, and the potential
for democratic workplace practices.
Broadly, my research is
aimed at changing the way we live by changing the way we work, and changing the
way we work by changing the way we interact with
each other. Specifically, my research derives from critical organization
study, organizational learning and complexity theory, and focuses on the cultivation
of complex human relationships and interaction in organizational
contexts.
