To support civic engagement, MSU encourages partnerships between the campus and the community through the integration of curriculum goals and community service. Murray State students interested in connecting academic work to community engagement may enroll in individual classes designated as Service Learning classes. Students may also earn special recognition by the university by pursuing the Service Learning Scholars designation.
