Mrs. Timmons is originally from south Alabama, but has lived in Kentucky for several years. She has been a public health nutritionist and coordinator of WIC Programs in Georgia, a county extension agent for Family and Consumer Science and 4H programs in Georgia. She also worked as a nutrition consultant for hospitals and Head Start Programs in Kentucky. Before joining Murray State University she was an instructor in the Department of Nutrition and Foods at Auburn University. Mrs. Timmons earned the M.S. degree in Nutrition and Foods from Auburn University, where she also received her B.S. degree. She is a registered and licensed dietitian (R.D. and L.D.)

Dr. Frame hails from the Chicago area and worked for many years in dietetics and the food service industry. He was Director of Research and Standards for ARAMARK at their corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, and also served as Healthcare District Manager for ARAMARK in New York State. Before joining Murray State University, he was Chief Clinical Dietitian at Indian River Memorial Hospital in Vero Beach, Florida. Dr. Frame attended Purdue University for his B.S. degree and Kansas State University for the M.S. degree. He earned his Ph.D. degree in nutrition science from the University of North Carolina, Greensboro, North Carolina. He is a registered dietitian (R.D.) and a registered sanitarian (R.S.). Dr. Frame teaches upper level dietetics and food service management courses. His research focus is cardiac nutrition with an emphasis on nutritional behaviors of cardiac rehabilitation patients.

Dr. Jeanquart is an Associate Professor in the Management and Marketing Department at Murray State University, teaching core human resource management and management courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level. She has several publications in the management field, and has consulted with several organizations. She has served as the Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Paducah Area Employee Relations Association. She has served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Midwest Academy of Management, and the Western Kentucky District Director and Newsletter Editor for the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management. She has also been elected as the State Director for the Society of Human Resource Management for 2000. In addition, she has held several leadership positions in her church community. Dr. Jeanquart earned her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin, Green Bay, her MBA from Southern Illinois University, and her Doctor of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She is also SPHR certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources Management.

Dr. Wright is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biological
Sciences at Murray State University. He teaches physiology courses at the
undergraduate and graduate levels. Dr. Wright publishes his research in
refereed research journals such as the Journal of Physiology, Molecular
Pharmacology, and Biophysical Journal, and his research is currently funded
by the National Institutes of Health. Before joining the faculty
at Murray State University, he was a Research Fellow in Anesthesia at Brigham
& Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachussetts.
Dr. Wright earned the BS and MS degrees from Texas Tech University and
the PhD from the University of Texas at Austin. His research focuses on
the biophysics and pharmacology of voltage-gated sodium channels in the
heart and in skeletal muscle.
