Lori
Crouch, R.D., L.D., joined the Murray State University Dietetic Internship
Program in the fall of 2000. Originally from Ohio, Lori has a diverse background
in nutrition and dietetics in both hospital-based care and private practice.
She has served dietetics in clinical assessment, diabetes education and
dietetic internship education. Before joining Murray State University,
Lori served the long term care population as a consulting dietitian for
12 years. Lori earned her B.S. in dietetics from the University of Kentucky.
In
addition to her significant dietetics experience, Lori has outstanding
skills in coordinating and communicating events and happenings within the
dietetic internship program. With 12 students and 10 hospital locations
in which to coordinate curriculum experiences, Lori is instrumental in
guiding student learning at all locations.
