The Murray State University Department of Graphic Communications Management prepares individuals for careers in the fields of printing, publishing, education, and related fields. A graduate of this program should be qualified to function in one or more of the following capacities: entry-level printing plant manager, production planner, quality control specialist, production control expediter, estimator, technical representative, educator, sales representative, or customer relations specialist. |

Graduates of the department's two programs, Graphic Communications Management and Graphic Communications Technology, are prepared to assume positions in an industry which ranks among the top ten U.S. manufacturing groups in the number of establishments, employee earnings, number of employees, total payroll, and value of product.
