To foster an environment for faculty and staff to achieve university goals by facilitating the employment process for new hires and hiring supervisors and coordinating a compensation program for regular and temporary employees.
Employee Relations & Training Unit Mission:
To foster an environment for faculty and staff to achieve university goals by assisting supervisors with employee problems, and coordinating a workplace learning program for regular and temporary employees.
