Plans
are underway for Alumni Reunion Weekend and the Class of 1958
reunion in May 2008. It's something you won't want to miss!
Members of last year's Golden Anniversary class enjoyed reminiscing
with former classmates and faculty at a variety of activities.
They also toured the campus and were honored guests at the Commencement
ceremony. Read a sampling of comments made by some who returned
for the Class of 1957 reunion, then make plans to return to
this milestone event and the many activities that are being
planned!
"Thank
you, thank you for a most enjoyable weekend at the MSU 1957
class reunion. It was quite something to be recognized by the
graduating students, faculty and friends of MSU as we made our
entrance onto the floor. We will all remember this occasion
for the rest of our lives." Charles Magness '57 ,
Kentucky
"The
Golden Anniversary Reunion was an emotional experience and more.
Murray hospitality is alive and well. Thanks for the class photo
and reminder of additional photos on the web. I plan to pass
this info on to those who missed an extraordinary event."
David Wilson '57, Connecticut
"I
had a marvelous time visiting with all my classmates at our
50th reunion. We all enjoyed rekindling old memories and friendships
from our days as students at Murray State." Shirley Wiman
